Please submit an inquiry through our website to check our availability and discuss your bar service needs. Within 48 hours, you can expect a prompt response from us. Based on the information you provide through the Inquire form, we will create a custom brochure and send it to you! If necessary, take this time to reach out to your venue and gather any information regarding their policy on outside vendors and the placement of our tap truck. Additionally, we are more than happy to schedule a phone call to gather additional details about your event. Our aim is to ensure that every aspect of your bar service is tailored to your preferences and expectations.

BOOKING

When you are ready to secure our services, simply select the package that suits your needs and any desired add-on services from the proposal we send you. Submit your choices at the bottom of the proposal, and we will provide with an invoice, followed by a contract for signing. Through our convenient online system, you can easily view the deposit amount and submit a 50% non-refundable retainer via the invoice. Your final invoice will be due one month prior to your event, giving you ample time to finalize all the details.

By signing the contract agreement and submitting the retainer, you can rest assured that your chosen event date and bar service are secured with us. As part of our commitment to seamless communication, we will create a client portal exclusively for you, where you can access all our emails, invoices, and important documents. Additionally, we will upload forms to gather specific event details from you, ensuring that every element is perfectly executed. We are excited to embark on this planning journey with you!

CONSULTATION

As your event date approaches, we will work closely with you to finalize all the necessary details. If you have any signature cocktail preferences, we will begin gathering an understanding of your preferences and desired flavors. Our client portal will feature questionnaires designed to provide insights into your beverage choices, taste profile, and event particulars. Based on the information you provide, we will create a comprehensive shopping list that includes the quantity needed and brand recommendations.

EVENT DAY; CHEERS!

Several hours before your event, we will arrive to set up our mobile bar, stock the supplies, and ensure that the beverages are perfectly chilled. If you have chosen to provide the alcohol, you can conveniently drop it off by the time stated in your contract. We take great pride in creating a visually appealing and inviting setup, ensuring that every detail contributes to a memorable experience for you and your guests.We will be dedicated to providing an amazing evening filled with delightful drinks and warm hospitality.
